Congratulations to our Platte Valley High School students who all qualified as Borlaug Scholars this week with the papers they wrote over the last month on food insecurity in other countries. Through a collaboration with the CSU Grow Institute and the World Food Prize Foundation, they spent their day at SPUR, which was full of networking, presentations/workshops, and paper defenses. We are so proud of them and their efforts!
